According to information provided by several companies, Korean semiconductor and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) equipment makers, including Semes, DMS, Jusung Engineering, KC Teck, which in the past all focused on production of specific forms of equipment such as cleaners and ashers, will start developing and producing advanced semiconductor offerings and LCD equipment, such as PR (Photo-Resist) coaters, CVDs (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and dry etchers.

 

These companies will not only introduce these offerings in the Korean market, but also in markets such as China, Japan, Taiwan and others.
